Designed by pro riders for pure freeride sessions, the Whistler hydration pack from Source Outdoor includes a 3-liter Widepac hydration reservoir plus 20 liters of cargo capacity (1220 cubic inches). It’s a great match for endurance racers as well as those who need to store more cargo for longer hikes, kayak tours, and bike rides. The Whistler features a main cargo compartment, exterior essentials compartment with internal Storeganizer, and easily reachable fast access hip pockets for more storage. The pack also includes padded shoulder straps for comfort over the long haul, lightweight 70D ripstop nylon construction, padded and vented back system, adjustable sternum strap (with integrated whistle), integrated waist belt, docking station for hydration valve, helmet carrier, and carry handle. The 3-liter (100-ounce) Widepac hydration bladder features a wide opening for easy filling, cleaning, draining, and ice insertion. Source’s Glass-Like Film prevents bio-film build up, and the bladder retains a pure liquid taste. The Widepac comes with a co-extruded tube and rounded Helix bite valve, which delivers a full flow with just a soft bite and a safety shutoff mechanism that won’t leak under pressure or with prolonged use. Source has been a groundbreaker in hydration system technology and is also well known for its tactical gear and hiking sandals. Tested in the most extreme conditions, hundreds of thousands of Source hydration systems are in use in the field.
